Pharma CRM

The CRM for brands and labs that sell in pharmacies.

Salesia is a CRM and sales force software for brands and labs selling in French pharmacies. It brings together orders from every channel, applies each buying group's terms, sends orders on to invoicing and logistics, and tracks what is ordered and invoiced, pharmacy by pharmacy.

Updated on

Who it is for, and who it is not for.

Salesia is built for

  • A brand or lab with €1M to €20M in revenue selling in pharmacies and drugstores.
  • A field team, employed or independent multi-line agents, and one to three people in sales administration.
  • Orders arriving through at least three channels, with terms set per buying group.

Salesia does not cover

  • Medical detailing to prescribers, samples and Transparence Santé reporting.
  • EDI and wholesaler APIs: they are not connected yet.

What Salesia does, from the visit to the invoice.

  1. Every order in one queue

The order a rep takes on a visit, the one a pharmacy places on Pharmorder, depot and logistics files, file imports, a photographed paper form, and orders received by email or phone and entered by sales administration.

  2. Buying group terms applied on their own

Tiered discounts, free units, free-shipping thresholds: they are recorded once, per buying group, banner or pharmacy, with their validity dates. Each rule states whether it stacks. Reps no longer recalculate, offline included.

  3. Invoicing and delivery without re-keying

Orders go to Sellsy, Pennylane or Odoo (beta), and to Alloga, e-Logik or Wing. Invoices come back into Salesia, so reporting rests on what is invoiced as well as what is ordered.

  4. In the field, with or without a signal

An iPhone and Android app that works without a signal: the day's visits, customer records, the catalogue, the order and the visit report. Everything syncs when the signal returns. On the map, fixed appointments stay where they are and Salesia suggests where one more visit fits, with the detour.

  5. The visit report the brand's way

Each brand builds its own visit report form: numbers, choices, notes, photos. On a visit, the rep records what matters to the brand, such as stock, shelf presence or the sell-out the pharmacy reports.

  6. Pharmacies that order on their own

Between visits, a pharmacy orders on Pharmorder with its own terms, from the same catalogue. The order lands in the same queue as the others.

  7. The pharmacy network already loaded

About 19,300 pharmacies from France's public FINESS register, with SIRET and buying group on the record, no quota. Numeric distribution is therefore calculated on the whole French network.

  8. Reporting on ordered and invoiced, excluding VAT

By pharmacy, rep, territory, buying group and product, with numeric distribution. A question asked in plain French returns a chart or a table, within the scope of the person asking.

  9. Multi-line agents in the same tool

Independent agents have their own access, with their mandates and customers, brand by brand. They cost no extra seat.

Priced on usage, with unlimited users.

From €2 to €0 per order depending on your volumes, plus a decreasing commission on invoiced revenue. A monthly minimum applies: it is deducted from the variable part, and the brand pays the higher of the two, never both.

  • Unlimited users: reps, sales administration, management, agents
  • Integration, hosting and support included
  • No setup fee
  • Up and running in one week, support included
  • Database and API hosted in Frankfurt, in the European Union

Your questions, our answers.

What is a pharma CRM for a brand sold in pharmacies?
It is a tool that knows the pharmacy network: the pharmacy register, buying groups and their terms, free-shipping thresholds, numeric distribution. For a brand selling in pharmacies, it serves to take and follow orders. A medical detailing CRM serves first to promote to prescribers and meet the related compliance duties.
Does Salesia apply each buying group's terms?
Yes. Tiered discounts, free units and free-shipping thresholds are recorded once, per buying group, banner or pharmacy, and apply to the order, whether taken on a visit, offline included, or placed by the pharmacy on Pharmorder.
Does Salesia handle medical detailing?
No. Salesia is not built for promoting to doctors, medical samples or Transparence Santé reporting. If that is the core of your teams' work, a tool like Veeva is a better fit.
Does Salesia track sell-out?
Yes, through readings taken on a visit: the visit report form is customisable, and the rep enters the sales or stock the pharmacy reports. Reporting rests on sell-in, as ordered and invoiced excluding VAT, with numeric distribution calculated from orders.
Which tools connect to Salesia?
Sellsy, Pennylane and Odoo (beta) for invoicing and management, Alloga, e-Logik and Wing for logistics, Shopify and HubSpot (beta), Aircall for telephony, Gmail and Google Calendar. EDI and wholesaler APIs are not connected yet.
How much does Salesia cost?
From €2 to €0 per order depending on your volumes, with a decreasing commission on invoiced revenue and a deductible monthly minimum. Users are unlimited and there is no setup fee. The commitment period is set in the order form.
How long does it take to get Salesia running?
One week, support included: importing your files, connecting your tools and training the team.
Does Salesia work offline?
Yes. The iPhone and Android app lets reps read their records and the catalogue, take an order and write a visit report without a signal. Everything syncs when the signal returns.
Where is the data hosted?
The database and API are hosted in Frankfurt, in the European Union. The details are on the Security page.
