Terms of use
Last updated: 31 July 2026
This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding text: Conditions générales d'utilisation (French).
These terms of use (« CGU » in French, the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the salesia.fr website and of the Salesia platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, the user accepts the Terms without reservation.
1. Purpose
Salesia is an all-in-one platform for independent pharmaceutical and cosmetics brands distributed through pharmacies: field CRM, digital order taking (purchase orders), sales reporting, business intelligence and a multi-channel order hub.
2. Access to the Service
The Service is accessible online, subject to an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Access to the protected areas requires an account to be created. Some pages (landing page, blog, public demonstration) are accessible without an account.
3. Account and security
- The user undertakes to provide accurate information when registering.
- Credentials are personal and confidential; the user is responsible for the use made of them.
- Any suspicious use must be reported to hello@salesia.fr as soon as possible.
4. Financial terms
Salesia is offered without a subscription or a per-user licence: billing is based on usage — a decreasing scale per order, from €2 to €0 depending on volumes, and a decreasing commission on invoiced revenue — with a monthly minimum that is offset against the variable part: each month, only the higher of the two is payable. The detailed pricing terms applicable to each brand (scale, monthly minimum, options) are set out in the quotation or in the service order. [TO BE COMPLETED / align with the CGV, the general terms of sale: exact scale, VAT, payment and invoicing terms.]
5. User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- use the Service in line with its intended purpose and with the applicable regulations (including pharmaceutical regulations);
- refrain from harming the security or the integrity of the Service;
- refrain from uploading unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
- hold the rights required over the data (catalogues, customers, images) that they upload.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its interface and its components remain the exclusive property of Salesia. The data and content uploaded by the brand remain its property; the brand grants Salesia a limited licence to use them, strictly as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. For the business data processed through the platform, Salesia acts as the brand's processor within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR (RGPD in French, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
8. Availability and liability
Salesia takes reasonable steps to keep the Service available, without any guarantee that it will be entirely free from interruption (maintenance, incidents, third-party dependencies). Salesia cannot be held liable for indirect damage, nor for a use of the Service that does not comply with these Terms.
9. Term and termination
The Service is taken out for the term set in the applicable service order or quotation, which also states the renewal and notice arrangements. Salesia may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, with prior notice where possible. At the end of the contract, the brand's data is returned to it in a structured format and then deleted, under the conditions described on the Security page.
10. Changes to the Terms
Salesia may change these Terms. The applicable version is the one in force on the date the Service is used; substantial changes are notified.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
